Port of Seattle

JLD has been active on the Port of Seattle new expansion project for several years. Our work at Sea-Tac airport is primarily focused on 3rd party inspection services to facilitate schedule progress and quality control. We have worked on King County Airfield (AKA) Boeing Airfield doing cost estimating services and grant planning. 

The firm is also inspecting numerous retail and restaurant renovations at the airport. This includes Starbucks, Planewear, Lou Lou Restaurant and Bar, Skychef, Uno De 50, Sourced Market, as well as the Airport Dining and Retail Infrastructure Modification Design Package, JOC noise remediation, Delta wireless backup antenna, and other smaller-scale construction projects.
