About this Project
Including the new, expanded International Arrivals Facility (IAF), JLD is providing cost estimating services for a variety of new construction projects at the SeaTac airport. The IAF is the most complex capital development program in the history of the 70-year-old airport.
The firm is also inspecting numerous retail and restaurant renovations at the airport. This includes Starbucks, Planewear, Lou Lou Restaurant and Bar, Skychef, Uno De 50, Sourced Market, as well as the Airport Dining and Retail Infrastructure Modification Design Package, JOC noise remediation, Delta wireless backup antenna, and other smaller-scale construction projects.
